Eftir um það bil klukkustund legg ég af stað í lokamót golfmótaraðarinnar hérna í Decode. Ég þarf náttúrulega ekki að taka það fram að ég ætla að rústa þessari keppni.
Möguleikar mínir eru reyndar betri í þetta sinn en önnur og eru aðallega tvær ástæður fyrir því. Í fyrsta lagi þá er þetta liðakeppni og það eru bara tvö lið (50% líkur á sigri) og í öðru lagi þá á þetta að vera svona skemmtimót og allir ætla að vera fullir, nema ég, muhahaha, ég mala þá.
Eflaust þykir þeim sem mig þekkja það skrítið að ég ætli að vera EINI maðurinn sem ætlar ekki að drekka á mótinu en ástæðan er einföld: vinir mínir eru aumingjar! Hvernig tengist þetta vinum mínum gæti einhver spurt, jú málið er það að ég er að fara beint af golfmótinu upp í sumarbústað að hitta vini míni og enginn þeirra nennir að skutlast eftir mér út á Vatnsleysuströnd og keyra mig út í sveit blindfullan svo ég þarf að vera á bíl sjálfur. Hver þarf óvini þegar hann á svona vini, segi ég nú bara!
Auðvitað hefði nú kerlingin mín, besta kerling í heimi, skutlast eftir mér en hún er á Agureyris að skoða nýju frænku sína hana Álfheiði Unu Ólafsdóttur og það væri nú bara rugl að biðja hana um að sækja mig.
