Í dag getum við Íslendingar víst haldið þjóðhátíðardaginn hátíðlegan.
Í tilefni dagsins fórum við fjölskyldan í bíltúr. Við keyrðum upp að vatni sem heitir Lake Casitas, þar er hægt að tjalda, fara á bát út á vatnið, og eða fara í lautarferð.
Við gerðum nú ekki neitt af þessu því við vorum ekki með viðbúnað til þess (fórum bara af stað í bíltúrinn án þess að vita hvert við ætluðum að aka). Við nutum því bara náttúrunnar og útsýnisins, þetta er mjög fallegur staður.
Arndís Dúna var afskaplega þæg í bílnum svaf nánast allan tímann og við foreldrar hennar búumst alveg eins við því að hún vilji vaka í alla nótt í staðinn.
Áður en við héldum í bíltúrinn komum við gestaherberginu í almennilegt ástand, við fengum nefnilega rúmið, sem við keyptum um daginn, afhent.
Herbergið lítur bara ágætlega út, þar er líka lazy boy stóll því okkur þótti hann taka of mikið pláss í stofunni.
Dagurinn var líka haldinn hátíðlegur af öðrum sökum hjá okkur, hún Arndís Dúna varð nefnilega 1 mánaða gömul, ekki slæmt það, ég set vonandi inn myndir fljótlega
