Klukkan 6:34 þann 17. maí 2003

Titillinn vísar í einhverja mikilvægustu tímasetningu lífs míns. Á þessum tímapunkti fæddist fyrsta barnið okkar Sollu.

Stúlkan var greinilega ekkert mjög mikið á móti því að koma í heiminn því hún birtist einungis einni og hálfri klukkustund eftir að við fórum á sjúkrahúsið.

Þetta gekk svo hratt að litlu mátti muna að ég missti af öllu saman því ég bjóst við margra klukkustunda erfiði og skrapp því út til að fá mér morgunmat. Eitthvað gekk það brösulega og tók heldur lengri tíma en ég átti von á. Þegar ég kom svo aftur á sjúkrahúsið þá var hjúkkan að segja Sollu að hún mætti ekki rembast því læknirinn var ekki mættur. Læknirinn kom svo nokkrum mínútum á eftir mér og nokkrum mínútum seinna kom Bumbulína í heiminn.

Við erum hætt að kalla hana Bumbulínu (þó svo að mælingar hafi sýnt að hún er sverari um bumbuna en brjóstkassann (alveg eins og pabbi sinn)) og gengur hún nú undir nafninu sínu sem er Arndís Dúna Gunnarsdóttir.

Fyrir þá sem hafa áhuga á því þá er rétt að minnast á niðurstöður fyrstu mælinga á Arndísi litlu. Hún er ca. 14.5 merkur að þyngd og 54,5 cm á hæð. Alveg svona "medium" barn.

Að sjálfsögðu var svo tekinn alveg urmull af myndum af gripnum og þær má finna hér. Sumar eru lélegar en því verður kippt í liðinn seinna. Ég hef öðrum hnöppum að hneppa þessa stundina.

Gott að fæðingin gekk hratt og vel. Það hefur þá sennilega ekki verið mikil þörf fyrir lazy-boyinn margumrædda :)

Enn og aftur innilega til hamingju með prinsessuna litlu. Gott að allt gekk svona frábærlega vel. Nafnið hennar er mjög fallegt. Ja hún er nú aðeins líkari Sollu en maður sér nú samt greinilega "Gunnagrettuna" á henni! Hún er svakalega sæt!

Innilega til hamingju elskurnar mínar. Vá hún hefur bara skotist út rétt um klukkutíma eftir að ég talaði við Sollu (og þá var Gunni einmitt úti að fá sér morgunmat!!:)
Þetta er ekkert smá sæt stelpa og við hér á Guðrúnargötunni (amk við Laufey) erum sammála því að hún líkist Löru frænku sinni.

Elsku Solla og Gunni. Innilegar hamingjuóskir með frumburðinn. Hún er stórmyndarleg eins og við mátti búast. Ég skrapp heim og var fyrir austan um helgina, ásamt Siggu, Stip, Löru og Rómani Darra.
