Nú fer hver að vera síðastur til að undirbúa fæðingu Bumbulínu (svar: Solla) :)
Ég er því komin með lista í hendurnar yfir þá hluti sem mælt er með að hafa við höndina á fæðingardeildinni.
Eitt af því sem þeir mæla með að koma með er kodda í lituðu koddaveri og litaðir þvottaklútar.
Í gærkveldi kom gamall nágranni okkar Gunna í mat og ég fór að sýna henni listann og var að undra mig á því að það skipti máli hvort koddaverið væri hvítt eða ekki.
Hún benti mér þá að öll koddaver og þvottaklútar á sjúkrahúsum eru hvít og þetta væri líklega bara svo ég myndi þekkja mitt eigið.
Það hljómar alls ekki ósennilega.
En ég skil samt ekki alveg.. hver er þörfin fyrir því að koma með sitt eigið koddaver/þvottastykki.. hvítt eður ei?

Koddinn átti reyndar að vera handa mér (að ég held). Óháð því þá var ég á fyrirlestri hjá barnalækni og hann mælti með því að ungabörn notuðu kodda, ekki stóran eða fluffy kodda, bara eitthvað smá undir hausinn.
Ég var einmitt mjög hissa því þau ungabörn sem ég hef umgengist hafa ekki notað kodda. Læknirinn sagði að koddi kæmi í veg fyrir skallablettinn góða.
Ég sel það ekki dýrara en ég keypti það.
