Í gær fórum við í heimsókn til Lindu vinkonu en hún er nýbúin að kaupa sér einbýlishús á Akranesi. Ég hafði ekki farið á Skagann í háa herranns tíð og eiginlega bara farið í sjoppu þar en ekki skoðað bæinn almennilega. Ég var eiginlega alveg hissa á því hversu fljótur maður er að keyra þangað, þessi blessuðu Hvalfjarðargöng eru alveg að rúla.
Linda og Maggi maðurinn hennar sýndu okkur fína húsið sitt en þau eru að betrumbæta ýmislegt. Garðurinn þeirra er sérstaklega rúmgóður og skemmtilegur og ef ég væri ekki jafn löt og ég er við að slá, þá myndi ég alveg vilja hafa svona stóran fínan garð.
Við fengum líka að fara í bíltúr um allan bæinn, sáum t.d. girnilega ilströnd, skólana, alla pöbbana og margt fleira. Mér fannst bærinn mjög fallegur og á örugglega eftir að kíkja oftar í heimsókn, sérstaklega í ljósi þess að Linda bakar svo góðar kökur ;)
