Undanfarið hefur svefnrútínan mín farið til fjandans.
Ég á frekar erfitt með að sofna á kvöldin (nóttunni) og vakna nokkrum sinnum á nóttu til að pissa, klóra mér, snúa mér og hvað eina.
Í staðinn sef ég líka frameftir og eyði því í heildina hálfum sólarhring í rúminu.
Í nótt sofnaði ég t.d. ekki fyrr en eftir 3 í morgun, vaknaði þegar klukkan hringdi hjá Gunna rúmlega 8. Var við það að sofna aftur klukkan hálftíu en þá hringdi vinkona mín sem býr hérna og ætlaði að kíkja í heimsókn.
Ég var harðákveðin í því að sofa bara ekkert meir í dag í von um að geta sofnað snemma í kvöld en það fór fyrir ofan garð og neðan, sérstaklega neðan, því ég varð allt í einu örmagna af þreytu og varð að leggja mig.
Þessi hænublundur varð síðan að tæplega þriggja tíma svefni og ég drattaðist ekki á fætur fyrr en 3.
Núna er ég búin að fá mér kaffi til að koma mér af stað, þá er bara að vona að ég geti sofnað aftur í kvöld.
